Klein Hair Design is requesting our guests be understanding in booking your appointment. If you are not feeling well at the time you are booking, please understand we cannot service you until you are clear of all symptoms. Also, if you are not feeling well and have already booked, please call Kassandra at 262-366-0555 immediately regarding your appointment and our health-related rescheduling policy will be discussed with you at that time.

Salon Policies

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At Klein Hair Design, our cancellation policy states to please call Kassandra at 262-366-0555 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If for any reason you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please call me at 262-366-0555.
Should you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into my next appointment.

Service Redo Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Should you have challenges with your cut or color, contact me within 48 hours of your service.
Color clients will be subjected to an additional cost if they change their mind on original hair color.

Retail Policy

All salon retail sales are non refundable.

Social Media Pictures

Before & After shots are used for social media, website, & marketing.
When you agree to have your picture taken, you are legally giving me verbal consent to post them for any promotional material.
You are welcome to share and tag yourself on social media.
Please let me know if you would prefer not to have your face in the picture.
